a science degree, then went on to spend 10 years in product design as an electronic
engineer in and around Cambridge. He married Helen and together they served in the
youth ministry at St Andrew the Great in Cambridge whilst Steve attended the Cornhill
Training Course. But having felt God’s nudge into full time ministry gained his degree

before coming the All Saints’ in 2009. He enjoys spending time with his family, and
trying to keep up with the vicarage garden!

This involves taking on most of the unsung tasks around the church, assisting the Children and Youth Ministries, coordinating the men’s ministry, and attending Cornhill College in London. A solicitor by profession Nathan joined the All Saints’ team in the autumn of 2010. Beyond ministry training and law, Nathan’s interests include good food, rugby, beer, Tottenham Hotspur F.C. & Sherlock Holmes!
Chris Thom is the longest serving member of the All Saints’ Staff. He has been our curate since ________. Chris is married to his wife Ruth and has two teenaged boys Peter and Jonathan. Chris serves as a non-stipendary minister so his ‘real job’ is Consultant Physician at Maidstone Hospital. The little spare time he has he devotes to restoring his home, gardening, and spending time with his family.

A keen footballer, Guy also heads up the bimonthly 6-a-side group and is an Ipswich supporter. Guy loves spending time with his wife Carly and baby daughter Lucie.
Carly Mansell has been called a natural born youth leader. Originally from Bournemouth, she completed a youth ministry degree from Moorlands College. She took on the role here at All Saints’ in early 2011. While not doing youth work Carly enjoys doting on her newborn daughter and watching bad television.
Zac Neubauer has come the farthest of all the staff members. Born and raised in Ohio, U.S.A., Zac and his wife Erica moved to the Maidstone area in 2009 so that Erica could further her education. Zac took on the role of Parish Administrator in the autumn of 2010 and is currently in the ordination process in the CofE. While not working at the church Zac enjoys reading, supporting Fulham F.C. and spending time with Erica and their son Clive.
