8am – Holy Communion

Our 8am service is a spoken Holy Communion service.

What this means is that there is no singing and that the entirety of the service (apart from the sermon) is read from prepared liturgy. Communion is open to all those who profess faith in Jesus Christ.

On the first Sunday of the month, the service is taken from the 1662 version of the Book of Common Prayer.

Join us for this contemplative and historical time of worship.

Please note: There are no activities for children during the 8am service.

10.15am – All Age Celebration

At 10.15am, we welcome those not-so-early birds which includes many families with children but all ages are generously represented.

The atmosphere is more relaxed; our large screen and three smaller side screens display everything from announcements to music to readings.

There is lots to engage our younger audience with the All-Age slot taken by various different people, each bringing something different, before the children leave to our various groups: Tiddlers for 0-cruising, Sparklers for cruising-2 and parents, Scramblers for age 3 to school year 1, Explorers for years 2 – 5 and Route 1.80 for years 6 – 7 and every other week Rooted for years 8-11.

Twice a month we have communion during the 10:15 service, offered freely to those who profess faith in Jesus Christ. Those who would prefer not to take communion are welcome to either come up for prayer or to stay in their seats.

Be sure to stick around after the service for a refreshments and some great chat.
