Youth Minister All Saints’ Loose

COL 1:28 We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labour, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.

All Saints’ Loose is a vibrant evangelical church just south of Maidstone. God, in his grace, has blessed us with growth, and particularly growth in families. We have a large number of 11 to 18’s entering our youth ministry at a time in their lives when they most seek security, significance and worth. We’re looking for a youth minister:

  • To oversee the 11-18s work

  • Who is passionate that the answer to those great needs is a lifelong faith and trust

    in Jesus Christ.

  • Who loves Jesus,

  • Who loves His word of truth

  • Is passionate to see young people find the big answers to life’s big questions in Him.

The role is ideally full time, and depending on experience has a salary of £24 – £28K plus pension contributions. You will work closely with our children’s and families worker and the wider staff team.

    For an informal chat email:

All Saints’ Loose has signed up to the Paraklesis Charter for churches:

Jesus Christ is the leader of every local church – including ours.

He leads us to His Father by His Spirit working through His Word the Bible. Under him we have an elders group who are responsible for leading the church.

Michael Cooper

church warden

Steve Price

Chris Thom

self-supporting curate

Our staff team, who ensure the weekly running of the church, also includes:

Michelle Wright

Under-18s Co-ordinator

We have a Parochial Church Council made up of a cross-section of the congregation. This is the final decision-making body of the church.

We believe in every-member ministry (see Ephesians 4:12). That means we see every Christian member of our church family as an active gospel minister.
